Island Academy currently facilitates external examinations for students who plan to continue their education in the UK.
The ISEB pre-tests are online adaptive admissions tests taken by students in Year 6 (Grade 6) and Year 7 (Grade 7) seeking entry to senior schools in the UK in Year 7 or Year 9. Please note that IA cannot register students. Parents will need to create an applicant profile and register their child for the ISEB pretests in the ISEB Guardian Portal. IA is a registered ISEB Invigilation Centre, so students may select our school as their venue for examinations.
ISEB Examination Fees
Please note that there is an IA fee associated with ISEB test equipment preparation, scheduling, invigilation and reporting. IA charges a flat fee of 200 GBP or 675 XCD for the ISEB examinations which includes 4 separate tests. Normally, we conduct these examinations over a period of 2 days. If parents request that tests be completed beyond 2 days, each additional day will incur an added fee of 60 GBP if they can be accommodated.
IA can also facilitate invigilation services for other senior schools with their own entrance assessment papers. These may vary in number depending on the school. Kindly note that each exam costs 45 GDP or 150XCD.
