Fees may be paid by cash, check, or credit card (MasterCard or Visa: please add a 4% surcharge).
School fees are due by the following dates:
The first term must be paid before the first day of school.
DISCOUNTS
A discount of 5% will be applied if full tuition is paid before July 15, 2011.
A 15% discount is applicable to the tuition of a third child.
PENALTIES
There is a 5% penalty fee for any school fees that are 10 days overdue.
If school fees are not paid within 30 days from the due date, we will be unable to allow students to continue attending the school. In this case, progress reports, grade reports, transcripts, and other school documents will not be released.
There will be a $50.00 (EC) charge for any returned checks.
NOTE 1
Tuition for IB-1 and IB-2 is the same. Grade 12 (IB-1) classes run until the end of June. Grade 13 (IB-2) classes run until April when the IB Exams are then held. Tuition may be paid in full in advance, or in three installments. The schedule for paying in three installments remains the same as noted above.
