New Student School Fees for September 2010/2011

Fees may be paid with cash, check, or credit card (MasterCard and Visa – 4% surcharge)

An additional discount of 5% will be applied for annual tuition paid before June 30th.

School fees are due by the following dates:-
1st term – September 15th
2nd term – January 15th
3rd term – March 31st

Invoices will go home before each new term begins.

There will be no monthly or partial term payments. All payments are for full term.

Discounts: There is a 15% discount for the third child.

Late Fees: There is a 10% penalty for any school fees that are 10 days overdue. Any payments made will be credited against the oldest invoice outstanding. If school fees are not paid within 30 days from the due date, we will be unable to allow students to continue attending the school. In this case, progress reports, grade reports, transcripts, and other school documents will not be released.

There will be a $50.00 (EC) dollars charge for any returned checks.

Bursary (Financial Assistance)

Due to Financial constraints this coming year, we will be limited in the amount of financial assistance we are able to provide. We are not able to provide scholarships next year.

Each application will be fully reviewed by the board and applicants will be notified as soon as possible.
